1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AdRadar ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AdRadar is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to discover and analyze competitor advertising and social media content across multiple platforms. The Service includes both free and paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information updated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated means to access the Service except as permitted by us
  • Resell, redistribute, or transfer the Service without our permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels

5. Subscription and Payments

Free Plan: We offer a free tier with limited features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.

Pro Plan: Our paid subscription is billed monthly at $29/month. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AdRadar and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

7. Third-Party Content

The Service displays advertisements and social media content from third-party platforms. We do not control or endorse this content and are not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or appropriateness.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service and any data obtained through it complies with applicable laws and third-party platform terms of service.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdRadar and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
